wkhtmltopdf not working #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://ecb.cwtkd.co.uk/report/index/report-pdf/jobId/6

Expected a PDF however, nothing is returned. Added an else to an iff to capture 
the fault and found the error message.

Warning: proc_open() has been disabled for security reasons

This is due to being on a shared hosting environment.

Work around is to host the site locally, it would be when it is completed.
