Need to get plUpload working on the jobImages

Need an action to accept file upload from plUpload

Address Book for filling in the address fields

Makes and Models select options.

Add an Address Book button in 'Add Job' page to insert an address that is 
stored in the address book.

Address book records will be added in the 'Address book' under 'Admin'
