Job Notes #18

To work like a thread.

Probably best to have a '+ Add Note' and 'Reply' button.

This would open a pop-up to add the note.

Also to add an icon of a note to the left of the Reg in the Jobs table & 
dashboard area to show that a job has a note on the job.
