each "tab" or "filter" needs to have a different table.
-Notes to open popup with the notes(ability to add note from here???)
-job source and site to be like status sort colours later on
-change Jobs to be on mouse over instead of on click?

OK. I've been leaving the worst till last. I'm not doing it tonight.
You need to understand that there is ONE table. However there are conditions on
that table which shows a different layout. WIP might be a slightly different
order.
For example the dashboard tables are ONE table with the condition of 'BookedIn'
to show the additional column.

Ok, so I had a go. It's not finished but it'll give you a good idea of what's
going on.
I think you could do with labels for Job Source and Stage.
Remind me the bands of colours for the ETA label. (red -> green).
We are also missing the data for Loan Car.
