Tried to sort the Add Job Card hours to the job section, almost there, I think 
it needs the Ajax that the AddParts has to submit just that #jobCard section.

table looks a little weird as it has lines on there too... I tried. lol

Looks like there is a huge empty table there. It will need ajax to stop the 
page reloading but it will only ever have one entry.
