Index page should be paginated, showing 20 rows at a time.

I don't think this will work, I think all the WIP should be listed, if anything 
the table height and margins could be restricted to fit a lot more date on each 
row, could use an alternate row colour to make it clearer to read, also the 
font size on the date created & modfied could be reduced to make it 1 line

The default module (homepage) should give a dashboard. Here we can put out a 
view for jobs that are WIP

Add a search on Key up in dashboard WIP & paginate by 10 rows.
