Factors out the driver and worker VHF functions into a separate module
Removes an errand normalization (for some reason, partial VHFs were divided through by the number of chunks, which threw results off by several orders of magnitude)
Makes more clear the distinction between the overall VHF and partial VHFs of particular pairs via a (partial=True) argument to compute_van_hove
Adds a progressbar #12
This directly addresses #16 and is probably the source of issues leading to #14
