Fix canonical links #10

We need to reinstate the canonical URL meta tag on each page (not 404). It should contain the primary domain that we decide upon, and the primary route to each page (if there are multiple)

@mattybeard could we enable lowercase route URLs? routes.LowercaseUrls = true

The broken values have made there was back in so best to remove them for now
