New module: Meal plan

Create a set of pages that fall under the umbrella of meal prep.

Current ideas:

• Recipes: list commonly used recipes along with ingredients, a URL (if available), and recipe instructions
• Meal prep: provide a UI to meal prep and list all ingredients needed with a checkbox to check off ingredients that we already have
