Feature request: Automatic login #50

When run before bw login, bwmenu fails with "could not unlock vault". Feature request: when run before bw login, bwmenu asks for an email (bonus: asks for a server) and master password and run bw login itself.

Have to run manual bw login also after syncing (Alt-r).

Also support for two-factor authentication would be nice.
