Add shortcut for typing TOTP #58

This adds another keyboard shortcut so the TOTP can be typed like the existing username and password versions.

I find this useful for CLI things such as the AWS CLI where I have profiles requiring MFA tokens and I want to switch between them.

I hope it helps. Let me know if there is anything I can do to get this accepted.
