[REQUEST] Add a weight setting #3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not really a problem but i think it would be interesting for the bag to not completly negate the weight of items for more challenge

Describe the solution you'd like A setting that allow items to still cause weight increase while inside the bag (or maybe making it so items inside only weight half the normal, that kind of customization)

the game does not allow for dynamic weights, and item can only have one weight and that weight cannot change during a play session.
