it is something that is referenced in the code for generating transaction numbers to store them in the Workflow manager

The sequence appears to be used to populate dab_wizard_transaction.trans_num. The values are mostly sequential but occasionally skip a few integers.

Let's recreate dab_transaction_sequence on the target with a new starting point (200000) that is too high for collisions with any real source.
