Tax_Lot_Face requires virtual shape.len column #16

The wizards compare user-entered values for tax_lot_face.lot_face_length to the virtual geodatabase column shape.len.

ESRI does not populate the virtual shape.xxx columns when the database geometry type is Oracle msys.sdo_geometry. We must load this feature class as ST_GEOMETRY.

This should be closed with the new SDELOB migration strategy using hybrid 32 bit arcpy python 2.7. But the batch file scripts have not been checked in and tested.
