What are the requirements, if any, for schemas MAP_VIEWER and DOF_READONLY? Are these only conveniences for user access management outside of the application?

The DOF_READONLY account is for DCP to get data from DTM as a read only schema. MAP_VIEWER is a similar one. I will look to see if we have documentation representing these different schemas (I believe Dave used to have something to reference for these schemas). The main Schemas for DTM though are DOF_TAXMAP, DOF_EDITOR, and JTX_ADMIN.
