We will be migrating from ESRI SDELOB geometries to oracle mdsys.sdo_geometry. Let's determine if any "true curves" exist, and if so, remove them.

Removing curves is basic good hygiene and the polite thing to do, like washing your hands in the restroom.

Removing curves from feature classes under the Cadastral feature dataset may break the topology. If so remove the decurvification line from *import.bat, this is low priority for a proof of concept test setup.
