Build a proxy tester

We do not expect to have good visibility (or even documentation) into proxy infrastructure. At best we can determine what works and what does not work.

Begin a regression test setup for FME and FME Server. Initial tests should include

• Read https://example.com
• Read https://www.arcgis.com
• Authenticate to https://www.arcgis.com
• Read https://ginger.nyc.gov/
• Authenticate and read https://ginger.nyc.gov/ with the FTP reader
