More recently, Microsoft has updated GSL and fully compatible with all killed oglplu2 ... https://github.com/Microsoft/GSL

I tried all instructions by Microsoft, used all options (GLFW, GLEW), but anyway not compatible GSL.

Also I found new issue. file_descriptor.hpp and dir_descriptor.hpp not possible to disable in Windows, and anyway require Posix
