After installing its need a account for sign in which can't be a personal. So i use my school email and input my password is correct but it showing password not match.

matvelloso commented 4 years ago

This is odd. If you are getting password not match I would guess you might be hitting the wrong endpoint (consumer vs enterprise) so I would double check that first.

But there is a bug I didn't have time to fix: At the mail-window-controller.js there are some hard coded URLs and I'm guessing the ones you hit might not be there, which is why your auth would fail.

I get That Microsoft account doesn’t exist. Enter a different account or get a new one. Not sure if that's your fault because I've also got this on Firefox before

Heath123 commented 3 years ago

Wait, I worked it out, you need to use the Office365 version for school accounts @sajeduli3

nkompier commented 3 years ago

I just installed your Office version. Have a paid personal Office 365 account. But get the mentioned; You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead. Don't have a work account I can use. (Don´t want that even).

Any suggestion? Heath123 mentioned using the office365 version. How?

Oh, I'm a newbie on linux. Trying to replace windows because I don't want to buy new hardware for win 11.
