Update dependencies #3

Not sure if there are any changes needed because of the cssfmt version jump. Also not sure how you'd want to version this.

Thank you for your PR :) But, if we update CSSfmt in dependencies, we should bump up major version of this package, because according to semver, CSSfmt v2 should include changing with no backward compatibility. Can you fix it?
