Not enforcing rule "declaration-block-properties-order" #4

Hi @morishitter

I'm using gulp-stylefmt, and I'm not being able to get it to automatically format the code according with the parameter ("alphabetical") that I set on the stylelintrc.json file. Other rules seem to be working fine.

Is there something the matter with the application of this rule?
