Support postcss-sorting options #225

https://github.com/hudochenkov/postcss-sorting has a variety of options but there is no way to set them at the moment. It would be great to be able to specify these options along with the rule.

It's a bad idea. Please read this thread https://github.com/morishitter/stylefmt/issues/214 stylefmt going to support stylelint's options only.

Current version postcss-sorting not quiet suitable for stylefmt, because it makes destructive changes not related to sort order. Like deleting all empty lines. I'm working on a new version which will be more suitable for stylefmt.

Can I track progress or even help with the new version somewhere?

@okonet thank you for you offer! I didn't start yet, but I have a plan and going to start working on it in a few days. I'll create an issue in postcss-sorting repository with a plan and will mention you, maybe you'll have something to add to that plan :)
