Bad links on README.md (rules) #244

In the README.md file, you have links under the "stylelint rules that stylefmt can handle" heading that are no longer valid.

https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint/blob/master/src/rules/[RULE-NAME]

should be:

https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint/tree/master/lib/rules/[RULE-NAME]

... /src became /lib in the links.
