Fix jekyll baseurl handling #7

Hello !

Your current code doesn't handle the jekyll baseurl setting which I need for my site. This is why a submit this pull request to you, I've successfully tested it on my setup.

Thanks for the change! Don't use the Jekyll baseurl myself, hence I never felt the need to implement it :-)
