[Docker] Missing Instructions #19

Trying to set this up with a persistent database but if I specify the database path it doesn't create it; it just stops.

I tried /bin/sh and bash and they don't seem to be in the docker image.

I extended the README.md command line, hope that helps. Note, that I cannot give a full introduction to Docker, there too many ways to do things and too many system setups. Let me know, if you need more information.
