An OpenVR driver that allows to create virtual controllers, emulate controller input, manipulate poses of existing controllers and remap buttons. A client-side library that communicates with the driver via shared-memory is also included.
I have a similar/same issue to others that have been logged previously but haven't found a fix yet hence logging this "issue"
I can replicate the fault but still can't get it working.

Tonight I have uninstalled the emulator, restarted my computer, installed the emulator again (Steam/SteamVR wasn't running) then carried out the zip file copy and "paths" file deletion, restarted my computer and tried again. SteamVR is detecting OpenVR, I am able to select it from the home menu, I'm able to select the controller, set the default profile to motion compensation but.....
OPENVR CRASHES WHEN I GO INTO MOTION COMPENSATION SETTINGS AND ATTEMPT TO ENABLE IT
OpenVR disappears from the home menu but I can restart it by running the overlay.exe file again.
