Is reboot required after install? #168

I just installed this software, and when I clicked the OpenVR IE button, no menu was appearing.
I started searching around, seeing loads of suggestions (eg Use SteamVR Beta, disable HDR...) but a lot of them seemed old and I was reticent to start stabbing wildly in the dark...
Then I decided to try a reboot, and now the menu appears.
I guess this was what fixed it, but I see no mention in the setup instructions to reboot, and got no prompt after installing.
If you do indeed need to reboot, you should probably add it to the instructions or something ;) Also, maybe make it a bit more obvious how you actually launch it, it took me a while to realize where the menu option was
