Use MSC2530 event format for inline message #8

Depends on https://github.com/mautrix/python/pull/170 HEAD commit should be removed after ^ is merged

Fun aside, the awesome new beeper app doesn't render formatted MSC2530 events yet, but this otherwise works Screenshot_20240322-210938.png

Since maubot 0.5.0 I got to use some shiny Python 3.10 match/case statement goodness. Tested all 3 post_modes and it worked as expected. It's currently running on @xkcd:spritsail.io with post_mode: caption
