Issue
When generating report by people by birth month and year (in the swagger app) the only input that is used for sorting is the month. sorting by birthyear is not happening.
How to reproduce - (in the swagger app)
call the GET report by birthdays on a random but existing month and year.
now call the GET again but change the birthyear to any non existing year.
the output stays the same.
calling the GET but changing the month does work.
Desired outcome
The report should be made by people born in the same month and year.
Actual outcome
The report is made by people born in the same month.
