I got the same results as yours.....
Please tell me how did you get these results. I have implemented the same training strategy described as 1st phase->2nd phase->3rd phase then when I ran the test script I could not get the desired results. I also extracted the smooth labellings as desired. I did not make any other modifications other than batch size=4 since my gpu is not enough. What did you do different than me or what did I do wrong?
I can’t get the right result as the author, so I suspect this system is not right at all, after all the author didn’t give any code to get the effect as he showed in the demo.gif. Now I have abandoned the TTNet, maybe the author just want to issue a paper and made the fancy demo,gif

The demo result is from the original creators of the model and I believe that it is a commercial model and that's why the code is not available. This model is an implementation of the paper. But my problem is that I cannot even obtain this picture above. In the picture above the ball is pink indicating that it is predicted with the model. I have a term project and all I need is to get accurate results for the test phase and I do not care about the scoring updates or other fancy stuff. Can you please explain me how you trained your model and which parameters to get the picture above.
