Support high contrast touch keyboard

EDIT: Allow system soft touch keyboard from a menu setting for maximum flexibility

Feature request to enable configuration of visuals of touch keyboard (and other touch screen HUD elements)

• Allow configuration of text color of all touch screen HUD elements (default to current setting red/opaque)
• Allow configuration of background color of touch keyboard (default to current setting of black/transparent)

New configuration settings should allow users to customize the touch keyboard visuals to improve constrast, etc
