I suspect this is a broader issue with Wired devices in general. Cheapcast does not appear to be visible when connected to a LAN with a wire instead of wifi.

This is a duplicate of bug https://github.com/mauimauer/cheapcast/issues/8 and is also related to but https://github.com/mauimauer/cheapcast/issues/10 .

There is a pull request https://github.com/mauimauer/cheapcast/pull/29 that may fix wired the issue on wired connections
