Cheapcast Service does not start at boot Nexus Q CM10.1.1, CM10.1.3RC2 #36

On nexus q running both Cyanogenmod 10.1.1, and 10.1.3RC2 the cheap cast service does not start at boot. "Start Cheapcast on boot" is checked. Other then cheapcast this is a clean install.
