Subtitle support #43

Add subtitle support so one could send a link to a subtitle file or a file and it will be played.

Very well...altough this is not part of the CheapCast project. CheapCast is a re-implementation of Google's ChromeCast Stack and thus does not include any application specific code. (ie. this belong to the realm of Apps utilizing the Google Cast/Chromecast SDK)
