Lost all data--- Not your fault. #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Almost never update your Nook (The green n update alert doesn't work on my
Nook. All Nooks?)

Is there a way to save the data on a card? Do you have some food entries
created that I can download? Basicly, I'm starting all over.

Also, while I'm writing this, I have a sugestion. Could you program a running
total of carbs per day?

Thanks,

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of WWDiary are you using (check the "what's new" screen)? 6.5.1

What version of Android are you running?

What device do you have (phone/tablet)? What brand/model? Nook Color

Please provide any additional information below.

Part of the rationale for the subscription service and sync was to have another
place to store your data in case things like the nook died and you didn't have
sdcard access. Setting up sync will keep your data on my servers (and another
android device like your phone). If you need help setting that up or have
questions about it, can you make a thread on the forum?

I'm going to close this issue, but if you want a running total of carbs
feature, please write another issue and explain a bit how you image it should
work (keep in mind not all food entries are entered with carbs, many times you
may just enter in a point value)

If you have any more questions about the subscription or ways to back up your
data on the nook, can you please post on the forums?
