Sync error not related to initial option selection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried to sync wwdiary data unto Samsung Galaxy S5 - I initially synced the 
account on the old Samsung Galaxy S3 using the steps in your video (chose top 
option when the expected error occurred)
2.  The account synced online because I can see data online
3.   However, it won't sync to the new phone.  A sync error keeps occurring - 
when it occurs it does not provide any options and immediately turns the sync 
off.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of WWDiary are you using (check the "what's new" screen)?
Version 6.5.1

What version of Android are you running?
Android 4.4.2

What device do you have (phone/tablet)?  What brand/model?
Syncing from Samsung Galaxy S3 to online acct to Samsung Galaxy S5

Please provide any additional information below.
I have been trying to get this to work for my wife's phone and will also workg 
on it for my phone as well

I also have Samsung Galaxy 5.I cannot get it to sync at all.I enter the 
password and hit sync. It acts like it's syncing and then turns off. I recently 
Changed from galaxy 3.

Can you check the notification tray to see the sync error with an option to 
choose how to resolve the error?  (which data should be replaced)
