Kindle Fire does not sync with my moto razr maxx

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter data into either device.
2.Run sync from settings.
3.Arrows move but when going back to app on either device nothing changes.
4.Settings on both devices are identical.

What is the expected output? Data gets updated either way.

What do you see instead? No changes

What version of WWDiary are you using (check the "what's new" screen)?
6.4.0 on both devices. Attached file is from my Moto Razr.

Phone: Moto Razr Maxx = Android v. 4.0.4
Kindle: v. 6.3.1

What device do you have (phone/tablet)? Tablet  
What brand/model? Kindle Fire

Phone What brand/model? Moto Razr Mazz

Please provide any additional information below.
The only way to sync these devices is to copy the data from one device to the 
other. Data is in the default folders on both devices.

Not a defect.  User solved issue after successfully subscribing to the sync 
service.
