0.9.8.6_rc2 bpipe jobs doesn't #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start a bpipe job (bpipe run -d output mincbeast.pipe input/*.mnc) with 
executor="sge"
2. Ctrl-C and allow job to continue
3. bpipe jobs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
List of jobs running

Actual:
bpipe jobs gives no output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux-64bit running 0.9.8.6_rc2
