Hi, thanks for the translation!
Translations should be placed in a new directory with the language code instead of modifying the root index.html directly. In this case, you should put it in hi/index.html (hi is the ISO 639-1 language code for Hindi). The readme doesn't need to be translated at all.

hello i am toxci from INDIA i reallly liked you concept. so I think that many indian will like this concept therefor i hav translated the website in hindi
