Secure connection (https) and edited the Arabic version #36

Changed "http" to "https" for valid certificate websites and edited the Arabic version (ar).

So besides "لحل مشكلتك" > "مساعدة نفسك" everything else seems fine

I tried to keep it as close to "If you're not willing to do the work to solve your problem, why should we?" (from the English version) as possible.
