SQLite Support #19

While Postgres has a number of features that make it nicer to use, it may be worthwhile to get SQLite support working because:

It'd remove the need for the separately maintained memory database for doctests.
It would make it possible to play with Holmes without as much environmental setup.
Copying SQLite files about is more convenient than pg_dumping any time I want to archive a computation result.
