Latest version 7.1.4 still can't download files #365

If I grab the URL from the Log, paste in browser - it downloads just fine. Now with the new version I put the cab file in the temp folder and it still says it can't read, and now I have no HP models listed. :(

I tried this on a different machine in a different OU with administrative software not installed - and everything worked as I would expect. Problem is on my end.
