Are you collecting baseboard product information in your hardware inventory?
Good to see the Dev answering on this one.. here is the older thread with the same issue, no fix. https://github.com/maurice-daly/DriverAutomationTool/issues/268 There is also one over on the old MSEndpointmgr.
Now I may just be too dumb here.. but what do you mean collecting baseboard product information...? Atleast I'm collecting all the normal computer systems information and can see the model information in SCCM. I can see lenovo clients just fine(I sadly got a mix...) but HP models just.. well doesn't get selected even though it says it found the models in the log.
Is this a case of the script looking in the wrong place..? As HP and lenovo have model information in two different WMI tables(At least the actual name)
I did also find another thread here... that maybe has a fix. Not very elegant.. and would take a while to redownload everything, but may be worth a try if you got the time. https://github.com/maurice-daly/DriverAutomationTool/issues/136

I have the same issue over months. Already tested to delete the temp directory, but doesn't fix it. The tool said, that it has found models: But they won't selected. What can i do?
I have updated to v7.1.4 and DAT. can still not Auto. select HP known models. It works fine with dell models but not HP models. Is this a general issue?
