1 year ago We had this issue also, I redeployed the package and it worked again.
This was after applying the latest SCCM update last week.
I use ' not " in the commandline, maybe try that if your still having issues.

I'm getting an argument error on TargetOSName...... -TargetOSName "Windows 10" -TargetOSVersion "21H2".
I've looked through the PS script to see if there was a typo but I couldn't find one....It appears the command line is correct...
