Lenovo has removed WINUPTP64.exe from GEN3 models in Bios update packages (e.g. ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 (Type 21CM, 21CN) or T14 Gen3 21CG). Thus your script breaks out cause Winuptp64.exe is not found (even winuptp.exe is found).

Script lines 127-159 is ending with "Supported upgrade utility was not found." and script breaks out because $WinUPTPUtility -value is empty
