DAT 7.1.9 & MS Surface Known Model Detection not working? #421

Seems this version doesn't find any known models for MS Surface devices for me. We have a Surface Laptop Studio (and previously a Laptop & Laptop GO which should probably still be detected).

Not sure if related, but the 'Identifiers' column also shows as blank for all the surface devices

(Selecting OS Win10 20H2 if it matters)

Were you able to get this going? Our surface for laptops are no longer imaging properly because the drivers aren't loading.

@ps959 i haven’t had a chance to do much troubleshooting with it. Only got the 1 SLS in use at the moment.

We have the same issue, not detecting any of our Microsoft models. In the DriverAutomationTool log we have this entry, and I guess it could have something to do with it. "- Required WMI class (MS_SYSTEMINFORMATION) is not being inventoried in Configuration Manager. Please refer to the documentation and extend the hardware classes being collected."

I am using DAT 7.2.2 and having this same issue. image attached of the log output when I do a check for the drivers. Windows 11 22H2. Shows no results found. Same with Windows 10. With Windows 10 & 11 21H2 it finds 9 models for Windows 10 and 17 for Windows 11. What am I doing wrong? I looked at the json file that the DAT is pointing to, and even opened the link in a browser on my server, and it shows the model listed on 8 different entries. Lost and need help please!

Ahh, it seems that the 22H2 build number is wrong in the json file. It should be 22621. Not sure why I didn't catch that before I posted. Can someone go and edit this file please so this starts working? Thank you!!!!
