Run by other loggedon users not working #428

We have a problem that DAT only works for the user who installed DAT, others can start but do not have full functionality.

Tried using msiexec /i msifile Allusers=1 /qn but still not working.

Customer uses proxy. Had to set proxysettings for each user logged on.
