I am experiencing the samme issue, and I am also able to download the pack manually using the link from the log. It seems to be a problem with all Lenovo models, but I have only tested three: x280, T14s and M70s

I noticed this in "..\Driver Automation Tool\Logs\JobSummary.csv": "02/20/2023 08:53:03","Lenovo","ThinkCentre M70S Gen 3","Windows 10","DRIVER","202204","[Error] - OS support not found"

The message, "OS support not found", appears for all the Lenovo driverpacks I have tried to download.

I also have same issue for Lenovo. Only tested to download ThinkStation P340 drivers. I also found this "OS support not found" in log file.

I tested for "fun" to download the 7.2.2 test version and with that P340 drivers were downloaded and imported as they should. Haven´t tested anything else than download P340 driver so I will wait for that to become available as a production version before I upgrade.

Same issue here. It was working briefly after we updated to 7.2.2 but now not. As above we have tested various models including X280. image

Same here. Lenovo Driver Download is broken with 7.2.1. From JobSummary.csv: "04/07/2023 15:07:44","Lenovo","ThinkCentre M920Q","Windows 11","DRIVER","202204","[Error] - OS support not found"

From DriverAutomationTool.log:

Works fine with 7.1.8:

Exactly the same errors here

I have same issue

Install the most recent MSI and then copy paste the most current released exe over the top of the one installed by the MSI. This fixed my problem. I installed 7.1.9 and copied over the top exe version 7.2.2.

smsaqibhussain commented 1 year ago

Thanks, Alex, fixed this issue I have installed the latest MSI and replaced the currently released exe.

@maurice-daly any thoughts on the issue of Lenovo drivers and 7.2.1+ versions not pulling in drivers? I recently had to pull in some newer M70/80 Gen 3 drivers and both win10 and win11 reported the same results.

Not sure it helps but: I checked the links in the OEMLinks.xml file and here is what I get: I can see the model i need here: https://download.lenovo.com/cdrt/td/catalogv2.xml but I get a 403 - Forbidden: access is denied when I try to get to: https://download.lenovo.com/catalog/
