Added decrementBrightness Support for groups #5

Hi folks ..

In https://github.com/Foddy/node-red-contrib-huemagic/issues/380 support for decrementBrightness has been requested recently. I have implemented it and it's now part of my open pull request in https://github.com/Foddy/node-red-contrib-huemagic. As my initial pull request has been merged here I also want the share the latest update with you.
