feat: native webmentions

This is a big release with a lot of fundamental changes. The most important one is the support of receiving webmentions without webmention.io. Please be aware that some config options changed and may be breaking changes, although I tried to avoid that.

How to update

Migrations should work automatically, it might be good idea to create a backup first. All options should be backwards compatibel, but please check your installation before pushing it to production
